Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We understand that the timely processing of orders is important to our customers, and we strive to fulfill all orders promptly. Typically, we aim to process orders within 2-3 business days from the time they are received. However, orders received after 4 PM UTC may be processed on the following business day. In the event of any delays, we will notify our customers as soon as possible.

Shipping Time

We offer shipping within the United States with a flat rate fee of $9.75 for all orders. This fee is calculated based on the weight and destination of the order and is subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to offer promotional shipping rates from time to time. Customers can view the shipping cost during checkout before placing their order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to international addresses or P.O. boxes.

Business Days

Our operational days are from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

For all orders shipped from Jedinol, we offer order tracking services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number and detailed instructions on how to track your package. This will enable you to stay updated on the whereabouts of your shipment throughout the delivery process.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we make every effort to package and ship our products with the utmost care, there may be instances where packages are lost or damaged during transit. Our team will promptly assist you in addressing the issue and ensuring that you receive a replacement item as soon as possible.
